How will you cross, this world of Karmas (work), without knowledge??

This is one folk song of Kabira, mosly sung by last generation, but forgotten by this generation, writing this with inspiration of one of my friends Ms Janni, who actually follows the Kabira way to live her life and we are together trying to organize sessions called Kahat Kabira (which was her brain child), where we are trying to spread the teachings of Kabira, who hit on the superstitions prevailing in the society during 14th or 15th century and being imposed on the common man by the Hindu or Musim or other priests. He says we need to live life simply with rational thought process, and it will be great.

Basically he want to say here that — have the knowledge of something before you do it or say know why you need to know it, and then go for it.

Translation follows (by Rachana) Here Kabira says that —

You will get parents
तन लख चौरासी माय in the next 84 births (as per Hindu Mythology)
But the Service of Guru (teacher)
बंदा फेर मिलैली नाय is never going to get get again (as only humans have the concept of learning from teacher)

How will you cross, this world of Karmas (work– Hindu Mythology says– your work pays you accordingly), without knowledge?

2 Had Gods had any feature/face?

So basically Saint Kabira hits the worthless rituals like worshiping stone ideas, tying up thread and asking for son, killing someone’s kids for happiness of their own kids, and not serving or helping their old parents while they are alive and living them under distress that time and once they are dead then you feed the crow for showing the world and shave your head to gain sympathy, what is the point of this all rather he says that we must do good works or acts to lead a happy life and we can get parents even in the next birth but we cannot get the concept of teacher if we are not humans. So go for learning good things and then serve the humanity and your parents and spread happiness then you need not worship any stone. Any ways you also know that your stone is not going to eat the things you put there so ypu put just a small piece there and eat the rest on your own. Rather you should utilise that for feeding someone.

Basically he asks us to be more logical and live the life as it is simply rather than regretting later like if you have fed and served your parents while they are alive then you will not feel the burden of making their soul happy in the crow, which is totally stupid, and you will live happily that your parents led a happy life when they were alive.
